Purchase options cancellation policy

Some bookings at Self-Retreat Studio are offered as recurring payment plans for a fixed weekly or biweekly studio slot. This policy explains how these recurring plans work and how they may be cancelled.

Regular Fixed Slots
When you purchase a weekly or biweekly plan, you are reserving a recurring fixed studio slot at the same agreed day and time. Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the plan selected at checkout.

These plans are not flexible memberships. They are recurring payment arrangements for a reserved studio slot.

Minimum commitment
All recurring plans have a minimum initial commitment of 3 months.

Cancellations
A minimum of 8 weeks’ notice is required to cancel a regular booking plan.

Plans cannot be paused. If you no longer wish to continue, you must cancel the plan and, if desired, subscribe again to a new one where availability permits.

Changes and rescheduling
No credits or carry-overs apply to the subscription plan itself.

Any individual dates already booked may only be rescheduled within the applicable 8-week notice policy and are always subject to availability.

Failed payments
If a recurring payment for a regular slot fails, the slot will be automatically cancelled.

Main terms
All recurring plans are also subject to the main Studio Venue Hire Terms & Conditions, including the rules relating to use of the space, access, cancellations, rescheduling, extra charges, and liability.
