Studio Hire Bookings Cancellation & Rescheduling

Hire by Hour

• Minimum cancellation notice: 4 weeks for a full refund
• Minimum rescheduling notice: 4 weeks for full amount to be carried over

Half Day, Full Day & Multi-Day

• Minimum cancellation notice: 8 weeks
• If paid in full or partially, a 25% deposit fee is excluded from any refund
• Minimum rescheduling notice: 8 weeks
• 75% of amount paid to be carried over

Private 1:1

• No refunds
• Minimum rescheduling notice: 72 hours for full amount to be carried over

Regular Fixed Slot Plans

• Minimum initial commitment: 3 months
• Minimum cancellation notice: 8 weeks
• Plans cannot be paused
• No credits or carry-overs apply to the subscription plan itself
• Any individual dates already booked may only be rescheduled within the applicable 8-week notice policy and are subject to availability
• If a recurring payment fails, access to the reserved slot may be paused until payment is settled
• Repeated failed payments may result in the recurring plan being cancelled

Approved refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
